When you make a booking via the HTWtravel.com web site, we need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfil your order. This information includes, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your contact details (email, phone, fax) and your credit card details. When you submit a request via our email support forms, we also collect your name and email so that we may respond to your request or query as quickly as possible.

Booking Terms and Conditions
1. The registered company name is Serra de Llevant SL, hereinafter HTWtravel.com. Located in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands,
2. Your credit card will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, we will email your CONFIRMATION/ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER to you, which MUST BE retained for check-in Purposes. In the case of any Air, Public Service Travel and Adventure Packages tickets and vouchers accordingly will be email or posted according to your personal requirements.
Please note, that on rare occasions, the booking may be charged in a different currency to the one you chose on the website, or were quoted in. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction. All transactional and charge information will be shown on your Receipt/Invoice.
Please note all prices shown other than those shown on your Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher are for guidance only and may suffer variations. Those shown with * may be higher or lower than the set rate.
The holder of the credit card used for the booking MUST sign the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher. If the cardholder does not sign the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher, it may not be accepted by the hotel.
HTWtravel.com takes no responsibility if you lose the voucher. In the event of loss please inform us as quickly as possible so that we can assist in what ever way possible.
3. Due to processing requirements, on occasion hotels are unable to confirm a reservation immediately. Below is the usual response time taken to confirm reservations for hotels when immediate confirmation is not available:
Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to process your booking request within the time guidelines shown above, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalise your request within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences.
4. If you wish to cancel your booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will apply, in accordance with our company policy. The cancellation fee varies according to the hotel specified in your booking as well as your check-in date.
Changing your booking
If you want to change any details of your booking (such as changing to a different hotel or changing your departure date or airport), we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. You should call our Service Centre on 0034 971 699 600. We charge an 'amendment fee' for each person named on the booking and for each detail of the booking which you change. The amendment fee will be 35 EUROS. These cancellation charges are in addition to any charges passed on to HTWtravel by our suppliers such as airlines and hotels. Scheduled airlines normally regard name changes as a cancellation and rebooking, and any alteration may incur a 100% cancellation charge. The price of your new holiday arrangements will be based on the prices that apply on the day you ask for the change. These prices may not be the same as when you booked your holiday.
If the change means we must send you new tickets, we cannot give you any refund until we have received all your old travel documents, including tickets. Some types of accommodation (such as apartments, or hotel rooms with reductions for three adults) are priced according to the number of people staying there. If your booking changes because someone in your party cancels, we will recalculate your holiday cost based on the new number of people going. If fewer people share the accommodation, then the cost for them may go up.

A Cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
Any amendment advised to us within 5 days of your arrival date or once you have arrived at the Hotel, may be treated as a late amendment. Late amendments may be subject to a fee based on the Hotel's amendment policy, as advised to HTWtravel.com. If a Late Amendment Fee is applied, the nominal amendment fee will not be charged.
6. Should you require to change a booking from one Hotel to another Hotel, you will NOT be charged an Amendment Fee. This will be considered as a cancellation of an existing booking, and a Cancellation Fee will apply.
In order for us to ensure accuracy, we will only accept amendments IN WRITING. We will not accept amendments over the phone, unless the matter is extremely urgent. Amendments can be submitted to us using one of the following methods:
Please try to give us as much notice as possible to allow for sufficient time to contact the hotel(s) concerned and a new voucher to be sent to you.
An Amendment must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the amendment within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
Important Note- If another transaction must be made to your credit card, due to an amendment, we will convert the charge/fee to your selected currency.

If you require us to correspond with an email address that is not the one used in the original booking or the one via which the amendment was sent, please include the new details with the amendments required.
7. Credit Card Information - The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. HTWtravel.com takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
If the client wishes to change the credit card after it has been charged, it will be treated as an amendment, and a corresponding amendment fee and conditions will apply. Due to processing requirements, refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. This time may vary, depending on your bank/financial institution.
By making a booking the client authorises HTWtravel.com to pass on credit card details of the client to any service provided through this site i.e. Hotel, Cruise, Adventure.
8. The client must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation form is correct. It is the client's responsibility to advise HTWtravel.com if an error in the email address was submitted on the Reservation Form or any other correspondence. HTWtravel.com takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
9. HTWtravel.com intends to provide you with all the services that you request from us. In rare cases, when the service provide (i.e Hotel, Cruise etc.) is not able to honour your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. If this occurs, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorisation to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you were already charged for the original booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible where payment was made to HTWtravel.com. In the case where payment was made directly to the SERVICE PROVIDER his TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREVAIL to those of HTWtravel.com.
10. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on the day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, sea view etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by HTWtravel.com.
11.Public Holidays
Virtually all countries have public holidays, religious or otherwise. The festivities may temporarily disrupt your holiday and some religious holidays such as Ramadan, which affects many Muslim countries, may result in a reduction of facilities and entertainment. Others may result in traffic congestion, closure of shops, restaurants and facilities. We suggest that you take this into consideration when selecting your departure date. The appropriate Tourist Offices are happy to supply more detailed information or check HTWtravel.com for more details of planned fiestas or holidays.
12. Other hotel guests
Many hotels, especially in cities and major resorts, accommodate conventions and conferences. Also, at certain times of the year, some destinations have an influx of groups such as students, associations or clubs. We do not have exclusive use of all properties featured on HTWtravel.com. The hotels we feature are shared with guests from many countries with different cultures and customs and of mixed age groups. We have no control over the acceptance of bookings at the hotels we feature. We are therefore unable to accept responsibility for any limitation of facilities due to such groups or inconvenience that their activities may cause you.
13. Meals
We include the most up-to-date information we have about meal service in our descriptions, but occasionally arrangements will change and we have no control over this. Meals if included are based on standard menus and will be clearly stated on the hotel information page if they are included in the price. Holidays which include main meals generally commence with dinner on the day of arrival at your hotel and terminate with breakfast (on half board) or lunch (on full board) on the day of departure. No refunds on meals not taken can be given. Special diets of any kind (including vegetarian) can seldom be catered for adequately within the constraints of a standard menu and cannot be guaranteed. We would therefore strongly recommend that anyone with special requirements take a holiday where no meals (or only breakfast) are included.
14. Flight seat requests
We strongly recommend (particularly if you are flying economy class), that you check in early if you have particular seat requests. HTWtravel has no control over the allocation of seats, even if pre-booked with the airline, and can make no guarantee that specific seats will be available on departure.
15. Direct/Non Direct flights
The flight routes used to make up your holiday may be used on special fares which offer the best price, which do not necessarily take the most direct route. Some itineraries require a change of aircraft en-route. A flight that is described as direct is one where there is no need to change aircraft during the journey. However, stops may be made en-route for re-fuelling or to let passengers on and/or off. Details of any stops will be given during your booking process and are clearly identified both on HTWtravel.com and on your itinerary which will be sent to you when you confirm your booking.
16. Flying times
The times given are given on the 24 hour clock system, approximate and based on outbound flights. They may vary depending on flight schedules, type of aircraft, weather conditions etc., and are indications of the hours spent actually flying (excluding time on the ground during stops en-route or when changing aircraft) and are therefore given for guidance only and are subject to alteration and confirmation.
17.Disabled customers
Because of the nature of destinations, many lack even the simplest facilities such as ramps for wheelchairs, lifts etc. We provide basic information on the facilities of each property featured but we strongly suggest that you check out individual hotels facilities for the disabled before booking. Please note that if special arrangements need to be made for you an extra charge may be levied.
18. Pregnancy and infants
Regulations vary with each airline, but some will refuse to carry women who will be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of return travel. If in doubt, please check with the airline concerned and consult your doctor. Infants must be 6 weeks old or more to travel by air and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat. Please contact the airline you are travelling with for details of appropriate seats. Generally children aged 2 years or more must occupy a seat.
19. Weather
As the weather is so unpredictable we cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday due to bad or unusual weather conditions. For more details on the temperature and rainfall in our destinations, please see the weather section of the relevant country on HTWtravel.com.
20. Travel information and documents
Before departure should you receive any documentation from HTWtravel.com regarding your purchase please ensure that you check the details of reservations carefully and in the rare event of a mistake you should contact HTWtravel.com as soon as possible.
21. Changes beyond our control
We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your holiday as a result of situations outside our control which neither we nor our suppliers could foresee or forestall even with all due care. If, after your departure, a significant part of your pre-booked holiday arrangements cannot be provided, you will be offered a suitable alternative if possible. If it is not possible to offer you a suitable alternative or, for good reasons, you do not accept the alternative arrangements, we will return you to the place of your departure. If appropriate, we will also pay you compensation. The amount of compensation will be reasonable, taking account of all the circumstances.
22. HTWtravel Holiday Bookings
You can book the holidays and take up the offers advertised on HTWtravel.com if they are still available. There may be other restrictions on some offers, but these are explained in the details of those offers. Once your holiday booking has been confirmed we will set aside your chosen holiday for you. By doing this, you are accepting the booking on the terms of this Agreement and any other terms and conditions made available to you, which are stated to apply to your holiday. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail clearly defining the details of the holiday you have booked. If any detail is not correct, you need to tell HTWtravel immediately by calling 0034 971 699 600.
23. Events beyond our control
Include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport including airlines, closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.

However, HTWtravel.com does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without notice.

25. Complaints: In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs HTWtravel.com at the earliest opportunity in order that they have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to HTWtravel Complaints at Paseo Mallorca 30entlo, Palma de Mallorca, 07012, Mallorca, Spain, within 3 (THREE) DAYS of the end of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager/Captain. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of HTWtravel.com to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have.
26. Hotel Information: All product information that is published on the website is current and is subject to change without notice. HTWtravel.com has made every effort to describe the products as accurately as possible. However, HTWtravel.com cannot accept responsibility for facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotels,cruises etc and may take place without prior warning, whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel/Ship and these are beyond our control. HTWtravel.com cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel/Ship or loss caused by management or staff.
27. HTWtravel.com does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
28. HTWtravel.com makes no warranty or representation about the suitability of any product or service purchased by the customer. Where permitted by law, the liability of HTWtravel.com shall not exceed the price of the product or service purchased by the Customer.
29. HTWtravel terms and conditions for Car Hire
Driver age - Drivers must usually be aged between 25 and 65 although this can vary from country to country.
Local laws apply -Cars hired may be are subject to applicable local laws, regulations and other terms and conditions applicable locally.
Licence on collection - All drivers must display produce a full valid driving licence when taking delivery of the hire car.
Minimum age of licence - The driving licence must be held for at least one year although this may vary from country to country, (for example 3 years in
Child seats -Child seats are available on request and are payable locally.
Excesses applicable for damage -An excess amount may be applicable in the event of theft or damage to the hire car. This will vary depending on the car group and country of rental. Purchase of an optional insurance locally (called super CDW or super TP) will remove/reduce the excess applicable. You acknowledge that in no event shall HTWtravel.com be liable for such excess or provision of additional insurance as detailed or otherwise.
Credit card as deposit - A credit card swipe will be taken as a deposit on collection of the hire car.
Additional charges - Additional charges may be payable locally such as refuelling, additional driver charges, young driver surcharge and delivery and collection fees. You acknowledge that in no event shall HTWtravel.com be liable for such additional charges as detailed or otherwise.
Refunds - No refunds apply on un-utilised rental days. You acknowledge that in no event shall Expedia be liable for such car hire refunds as detailed or otherwise.
30. HTWtravel.com’s responsibility for your holiday
We will arrange for you to have the services that make up the holiday that you choose and these will be detailed in the Holiday Itinerary we send to you. These services will be provided either directly by HTWtravel.com or by independent suppliers contracted by us. We are responsible for making sure that each part of the holiday you book with HTWtravel.com is provided to a reasonable standard and as described on the HTWtravel.com.co.uk . If any part of your holiday is not provided as described and this spoils your holiday, we ask that you inform our HTWtravel.com Customer Services team as set out in section 25 above and we will investigate your complaint in full.
We take all reasonable care to make sure that all the services which make up the holiday advertised on HTWtravel.com are provided by efficient and reputable businesses, who follow the local and national laws and regulations of the country where they are established. It is worth noting that safety standards outwith the European Community are generally much lower than the UK, for example, few hotels yet meet EC fire safety recommendations in Europe
We will accept liability for matters which arise as a direct result of our negligence and/or breach of our contractual duty to exercise care in making arrangements for you, including any acts or omissions by our employees or agents. Further we will accept liability for any negligent act or omission of our suppliers whilst they are acting within the scope or in the course of their employment to provide any service or arrangement forming part of the holiday that you have booked with us, including any claim involving death, personal injury or illness. HTWtravel.com does not accept responsibility for death, personal injury or problems with your holiday arrangements not caused by any fault of ours, or our agents or suppliers, and is caused by you or someone not connected with your holiday arrangements. We do not accept responsibility if the death, personal injury or failure of your holiday arrangements is due to unforeseen circumstances which, even with all due care, we, or our agents or suppliers, could not have anticipated or avoided.
In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, our liability in all cases will be limited in accordance with the relevant international conventions: Warsaw Convention (applies to transport by air), the Athens Convention (applies to transport by ship), the Berne Convention (applies to transport by rail) and the Geneva Convention (applies to transport by road). It is important to note that travel with a particular carrier will be subject to both the Conventions and the conditions of carriage of that carrier, some of which may limit or exclude liability. Operational decisions may be taken by Air Carriers and airports resulting in delays, diversions or rescheduling. HTWtravel.com has no control over such decisions, and is therefore unable to accept responsibility for them. If HTWtravel.com makes any payment to you or any member of your party for death, personal injury or illness, you must give HTWtravel.com or our insurers the rights you may have to take action against the person or organisation responsible for causing the death, personal injury or illness. Our suppliers (such as accommodation or transport providers) have their own booking conditions or conditions of carriage, and these conditions are binding between you and the supplier. Some of these conditions may limit or remove the relevant transport provider's or other supplier's liability to you.
Should you or any member of your party suffer illness, personal injury or death through any misadventure during your holiday arising out of an activity which does not form part of your holiday arrangements provided by HTWtravel.com, we will, in our reasonable discretion, offer you advice, guidance and assistance.
For claims which do not involve personal injury, illness or death, the most HTWtravel.com will have to pay if we are liable to you is twice the price the person affected paid for their holiday (not including insurance premiums and amendment charges). We will only have to pay this maximum amount if that person received no benefit at all from such holiday.
31. Any air travel that is offered through HTWtravel.com at the moment is being served by a Service Provider who is protected and registered by their corresponding Aviation Control Authorities. For further information please contact us at info@htwtravel.com
32. When you purchase a Holiday Product please remember that, in addition to these terms, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party supplier, such a supplier could include a tour operator or an airline. Please contact our Customer Services who will be able to provide those terms and conditions to you.
Where the supplier of the Holiday Product allows you to cancel or modify a Holiday Product or service you must contact HTWtravel.com in writing of such a request. Unless we receive such a written request HTWtravel.com will be unable to effect that request. Please note that because the contract for the Holiday Product is between you and the supplier, HTWtravel.com have no discretion in deciding whether the Holiday Product can be cancelled or modified.
Any visa, passport and inoculation requirements are your responsibility and failure to obtain the relevant documentation is not the responsibility of HTWtravel.com.

Accordingly, you agree that HTWtravel.com shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by You, or Your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from You any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by HTWtravel.com in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.
13. TERMINATION. HTWtravel.com may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which HTWtravel.com and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to HTWtravel.com and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.
